You may request a return by exercising your right of withdrawal, without penalty and without giving any reason, for any Product purchased on the Website within 14 days of the delivery date, in accordance with the procedures described below.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all labels attached, within 14 days of receiving authorisation. You will be responsible for the return costs (€20 for EU countries, €10 for Italy).
For orders placed outside the European Union, it is not possible to return or exchange items, as provided for in Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206 of 6 September 2005, as amended and supplemented (the so-called ‘Consumer Code’).
Important information about returns:
- Please return the product in its original condition in our box. If you are unable to use the box you received, you may return the item(s) in the smallest box available.
- Separate returns for the same order will not be accepted.
- Please return the item with its tag attached; otherwise, it will not be accepted.
- Delfinaswim.com will refund the order amount, excluding shipping costs.
- If the above conditions are not met, or if the returned item is not in its original condition or is damaged, Delfinaswim.com will not process a refund. In this case, you may choose to have the item returned to you at your own expense. Once this has been dispatched, it will not be possible to return the order again.
Return Instructions
You can request a return by sending an email to infodelfinaswimwear@gmail.com, stating your order number and the items you wish to return. You will receive an authorisation email.
Please return the product in its original condition using our packaging. If you are unable to use the box or envelope you received, you may return the item(s) in the smallest box or envelope available. Please send the parcel to the following address:

If you would prefer to receive a shipping label, please request one in your email. The cost, which will be deducted from your refund, is €10 for shipments from Italy and €25 for shipments from other EU countries.
Refunds
Your refund will be processed via the payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of us receiving your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your credit card may vary depending on local banking procedures.
- Credit card: the timeframe depends on the card issuer. As soon as the refund has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email. If your credit card is due to expire shortly, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the details provided by the customer. Delfina is not responsible for failure to notify us of the credit card expiry date or for refunds made to expired cards.
- PayPal: the refund will be issued directly to your PayPal account; you will receive a confirmation email from us once the refund has been processed.
POLITICA DI RECESSO E RIMBORSO
Puoi richiedere un reso esercitando il tuo diritto di recesso, senza alcuna penalità e senza specificarne il motivo, per qualsiasi Prodotto acquistato sul Sito entro 14 giorni dalla data di consegna secondo le modalità descritte di seguito.
Gli articoli devono essere restituiti non indossati, non danneggiati e non utilizzati, con tutte le etichette attaccate, entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione dell’autorizzazione. Le spese di recesso saranno a tuo carico (paesi dell’UE €20, Italia €10).
Per gli ordini effettuati al di fuori dell’Unione Europea, non è possibile restituire o scambiare gli articoli, come previsto dall’art. 59 del d. lgs. 206 del 06.09.2005 e ss. mm. e ii. (il cosiddetto “Codice del Consumo”).
Informazioni importanti sul reso:
- Spedisci il prodotto nelle sue condizioni originali nella nostra scatola. Se non sei in grado di utilizzare la scatola ricevuta, puoi restituire l’articolo/i nella scatola più piccola disponibile.
- Non sono accettate restituzioni separate dello stesso ordine.
- Restituisci l’articolo con il suo cartellino, altrimenti non verrà accettato.
- Delfinaswim.com rimborserà l’importo dell’ordine ad eccezione dei costi di spedizione.
- Nel caso in cui le condizioni sopra indicate non vengano seguite o se l’articolo restituito non è nelle sue condizioni originali o è danneggiato, Delfinaswim.com non procederà con il rimborso. In tal caso, puoi decidere di ricevere nuovamente l’articolo a tue spese. Dopo questa spedizione, non sarà possibile restituire nuovamente l’ordine.
Istruzioni per il Reso
- Puoi richiedere il reso di un articolo inviando una mail a infodelfinaswimwear@gmail.com, indicando il numero d’ordine e gli articoli da rendere. Riceverai una mail di autorizzazione.
- Spedisci il prodotto nelle sue condizioni originali nel nostro imballaggio. Se non sei in grado di utilizzare la scatola o la busta ricevuta, puoi restituire l’articolo/i nella scatola o busta più piccola disponibile. Spedisci il pacco al seguente indirizzo:

Se preferisci ricevere un’etichetta di spedizione, richiedila nella mail. Il costo, che verrà dedotto dal rimborso, è di 10 Euro per le spedizioni dall’Italia e di 25 Euro per le spedizioni dagli altri paesi dell’UE.
Rimborso
Il rimborso verrà emesso tramite il metodo di pagamento utilizzato per l’acquisto entro 14 giorni dal giorno in cui riceviamo il tuo reso. Il tempo necessario per visualizzare l’importo sulla tua carta di credito può variare in base alle procedure bancarie locali.
- Carta di credito: il tempo dipende dall’emittente della carta. Non appena il rimborso sarà emesso, ti invieremo una email di conferma. In caso di imminente scadenza della carta di credito, il rimborso verrà effettuato tramite bonifico bancario alle coordinate inviate dal cliente. Delfina non è responsabile per la mancata comunicazione della scadenza della carta di credito e dei rimborsi effettuati su carte scadute.
- Paypal: il rimborso verrà emesso direttamente sul tuo account Paypal, riceverai una email di conferma da parte nostra una volta effettuato il rimborso.
